At Disney Art On Main Street, we want you to be completely enchanted by your new artwork; if you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Request Authorization
Contact our guest services team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and verify that your specific artwork is eligible for return.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original gallery-grade packaging, including all certificates of authenticity and protective layers to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box and send the package via a trackable, insured carrier to our main gallery address.
Inspection and Refund
Once our curators inspect the piece to ensure it is in its original, pristine condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method minus any applicable restocking fees.
